Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will own Zoop’s social media presence across multiple channels, driving engagement, brand awareness, and user acquisition. The role requires expertise in creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Zoop’s brand and growth objectives.
• Manage
  -
  - day content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Tik
  Tok, Twitter/X, Linked
  In).
• Lead influencer and creator partnerships for organic amplification.
• Implement
  - driven campaigns using A/B testing and analytics to maximize reach and conversions.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to support creator onboarding campaigns and user growth missions.
• Ensure all content aligns with Zoop’s
  - bot policy and
  - only engagement standards.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in consumer tech or creator economy platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and ad campaign execution.
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of Web3, NFTs, and
  - based incentive systems is a plus.
