THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Social Media Professional who gets it - someone who understands that this isn’t about pushing products, but building a movement.
As our Social Media Marketing Intern, you’ll be the voice of FIFI online. You’ll craft engaging, sharp,
- driven content across our platforms, tell stories that challenge conventional narratives, and build a community of people who believe in less, not more.
This is not your average content gig. It’s a mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule original content (posts, reels,
- form videos, carousels, memes, motion graphics) aligned with FIFI’s manifesto, values, and tone of voice.
Platform Management: Own and grow FIFI’s presence across Instagram, Tik
Tok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Video Strategy: Ideate, script, shoot, and edit
- form video content that’s raw, real, and resonates.
Influencer Engagement: Identify and collaborate with
- aligned creators, activists, and cultural voices who can help amplify the
- fashion message.
Community Building: Monitor and engage with our audience across channels, respond to DMs, comments, mentions and build a loyal, aligned following.
Paid Social Campaigns: Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to boost reach, educate, and convert - without ever selling out.
Analytics + Insight: Track performance, learn what works (and what doesn’t), and adapt strategy to grow reach and deepen impact.
Manifesto-Driven Marketing: Find creative ways to communicate our values, from carbon reduction to ethical supply chains, without sounding like corporate greenwashing.
WHO YOU ARE
A creative storyteller who can translate bold ideas into compelling content.
A strategic thinker who knows how to grow communities, not just followers.
A digital native with proven experience managing and growing brand social accounts (min. 2 years preferred).
Proficient in video editing tools (Cap
Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar), graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc. ), and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar).
Deeply aware of sustainability, fast fashion critiques, and the climate crisis - or willing to dig in and learn fast.
Comfortable taking initiative, trying new things, and being resourceful in a lean startup environment.
Passionate about building culture and challenging systems - not just selling stuff.
