Role Overview
We're looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own, execute, and grow Minga London's presence across all digital platforms. This role is not just about posting content, it's about storytelling,
- building, and shaping the brand's voice to keep it fresh, engaging, and unmistakably Minga.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Visibility & Community Engagement
- Make the brand stand out by keeping it desirable, bold, and relevant across all social media channels.
- Execute daily posting and engagement strategies across Instagram, Tik
Tok, Pinterest, You
Tube, and Red Book. - Lead community engagement by fostering meaningful interactions and conversations.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Plan content needs and generate creative content ideas that resonate with Minga's audience.
- Identify and leverage viral content trends, including video styles, trending audios, and formats.
- Organize and plan social shoots to ensure
- quality,
- brand content. - Develop and maintain Minga's social media calendar, aligning content with launches, campaigns, and key dates.
- Ensure all content reflects Minga's tone, identity, and brand consistency.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics to track performance and continuously optimize content.
- Experiment with new formats and content styles to refine and improve engagement.
- Analyze data and track what works, making
- time improvements to maximize reach and impact.
Trend & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitors, emerging brands, and cultural shifts to ensure Minga stays ahead of the curve.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain relevance.
Paid & Influencer Marketing Support
- Oversee social ads and ensure content aligns with ad strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience managing social media and creating content for a brand.
- Proven track record of building social media engagement and growing online communities.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand voice.
- Experience with video filming and editing, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and
- brand content. - Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to optimize strategy.
