What you'll do:

Help create and manage content for blanky’s social media channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and UGC creators, ensuring clear communication, timely
- ups and positive partnership experiences

Collect, review and organize creator content for organic posts and paid ads

Support creator briefs, communication and content optimization

Track deliverables, timelines and performance metrics to ensure accountability and smooth execution

Work closely with the marketing team to turn content into performance assets

Note: we are a small team and you may sometimes be asked to help with something completely outside of this range. Examples from the past include packaging customer orders and helping to
- up our first physical store.

This role is for you if you:

Have experience with social media, UGC or influencers

Understand what makes content perform on platforms like Instagram and Tik
Tok

Are organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creators

Have a strong eye for content and storytelling

Are fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish, French or Italian are a plus)
