What you'll do:

• Help create and manage content for blanky’s social media channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and UGC creators, ensuring clear communication, timely
  - ups and positive partnership experiences
• Collect, review and organize creator content for organic posts and paid ads
• Support creator briefs, communication and content optimization
• Track deliverables, timelines and performance metrics to ensure accountability and smooth execution
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn content into performance assets
• Note: we are a small team and you may sometimes be asked to help with something completely outside of this range. Examples from the past include packaging customer orders and helping to
  - up our first physical store.

This role is for you if you:

• Have experience with social media, UGC or influencers
• Understand what makes content perform on platforms like Instagram and Tik
  Tok
• Are organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creators
• Have a strong eye for content and storytelling
• Are fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish, French or Italian are a plus)
