Responsibilities

• Build the Future of Scalable Solutions. Architect innovative, scalable, and business‑aligned software solutions that address customer needs and align with organizational goals.
• Define and Communicate the Vision. Craft a coherent target architecture and solution vision, effectively conveying it to collaborators, cross‑functional teams, and management to secure agreement and support.
• Bridge Business and Technology. Collaborate closely with business leaders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical designs and strategies.
• Drive Competitive Advantage Through Innovation. Lead the creation of impactful solutions that enhance the company’s competitive edge, using emerging technologies and market trends.
• Ensure End‑to‑End Solution Delivery. Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, from conceptual design and development to pilot implementation, integration, and commercial rollout, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Be the Strategic Integrator and Trusted Advisor. Act as the key technical and business integrator, fostering collaboration across teams, driving strategic focus, and ensuring high execution speed while maintaining transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar with deep understanding of the energy industry, including customer business models and value propositions.
• Strong technical expertise in software architecture, integration, and concept development with proven experience in product lifecycle management from concept to market launch and operation.
• Ability to align software solutions with business goals and customer needs.
• Extensive knowledge about AI (ML, Gen
  AI, Agentic, etc. ) and its integration into software solutions.
• Solid knowledge of software development processes and methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum).
• Flexibility regarding working hours and travel (approx. 30‑40%), combined with strong leadership and decision‑making skills.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
