Overview

Software Architect and Team Lead -. NET - Hybrid - Porto — Recruitment Team Lead at The Bridge (IT Recruitment) Limited, part of the Morson Group. This role combines architecture and team leadership for a global transformation partner focused on engineering and innovation.

This is a dual role (distribution: 80% architect / 20% team lead). You will blend technical work with leadership, acting as an enabler, coach, and primary point of contact for your team.

Responsibilities

• You will design software systems with a methodological approach, using concepts such as DDD and hexagonal architecture.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team; inspire and guide others.
• Leverage a computer science university degree to apply modern software engineering practices.
• Demonstrate practical
  - stack development experience in the. NET ecosystem.
• Work with modern web development frameworks like React or Angular.
• Maintain a Dev
  Ops mindset and emphasize high code quality and automated testing.
• Be
  - and
  - oriented, with a drive to achieve ambitious team goals.
• Engage directly with customers when required and travel to client sites in countries such as Switzerland and Germany for a few days per month.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science.
• Practical experience designing software systems with a methodological approach (DDD, hexagonal architecture).
• Practical experience with
  - stack development in the. NET ecosystem.
• Experience with modern web development frameworks such as React or Angular.
