Software Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring the firm’s software installation requests
• Managing and maintaining the software portfolio
• Providing responsive and knowledgeable support for queries related to software installation service requests, in alignment with IT asset management standards
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders involved in the process (end users, IT services, Software Management team)
• Escalating issues and reporting to the Software Management team when necessary

Profile

• BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least one year of professional experience in IT customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and comfortable working in a general Windows environment
• Understanding of service management tools is required
• Familiarity with working in a ticketing system
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese
