Responsibilities

• Bridge complex client business challenges with the Periscope solution and develop deep expertise in domains such as pricing, promotions, and/or assortment.
• Articulate the transformative value of the Periscope solution and demonstrate how these capabilities can be implemented to drive impact for external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Periscope leadership and client representatives in joint
  - solving sessions; enable process improvements to gain efficiencies and support a faster transition to steady state.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the product development team on solutions and opportunities to enhance or add features.
• Assist clients in using the Periscope solution and engage with client sponsors and program leadership to drive user adoption and data enrichment; deliver insights related to business challenges.
• Act as a bridge between client requirements and solution capability; configure the Periscope solution to client needs and master related analytics/methodology and data concepts.
• Facilitate client user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with internal product teams to resolve issues by priority.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with high rankings
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience with an analytics firm
• Strong technical mindset with knowledge and proficiency in SQL and ETL
• Analytical and strategic focus with the ability to explore data sources and draw conclusions
• Understanding of core client service processes (e. g. , data management and solution support)
• Curious,
  - solving oriented, and adept at gathering requirements; able to lead by example
• Creative
  - solving skills; comfortable with risk and ambiguity
• Collaborative with teams across continents/time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
