Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities. We are looking for a Software Developer to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them using Open
  API standards.
• Engage with
  - driven architecture concepts, with exposure to Kafka beneficial.
• Conduct and improve unit testing processes.
• Use GIT effectively for version control and collaboration.
• Support the implementation of observability tools; familiarity with Open
  Telemetry beneficial.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles including Clean Code, SOLID, and basic Domain Driven Design concepts.
• Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs with Open
  API.
• Familiarity with
  - driven architecture, with Kafka experience preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency with GIT and unit testing methodologies.
• Exposure to observability practices; knowledge of Open
  Telemetry is advantageous.
• Java and Quarkus experience is a huge plus.
• Strong
  - solving skills and effective collaboration in a team environment.
• English: B2
