Microsoft Power Pages Developer

(f/m/d)

Are you passionate about designing modern, secure and integrated web solutions using Microsoft Power Pages?

We are looking for an experienced Developer to join our team and contribute to the implementation of Power Pages projects for medium and
- scale clients. You'll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with product and engineering teams across Europe, and mentoring junior profiles.

Our hybrid work setup offers flexibility — 2 days
- site, 3 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Own features end‑to‑end: from requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, release, and support

Architect and design robust solutions using Microsoft Power Pages

Integrate Power Pages with external systems (API, Azure, Dynamics 365, etc. )

Develop custom functionalities using Java
Script and CSS

Ensure security and manage permissions effectively across solutions

Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance

Collaborate across all phases of the project lifecycle

Stay

- date with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development

Engage in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

Proven experience (3+ years) in Power Pages implementations for medium/large clients

Strong knowledge of Power Pages architecture and solution design

Integration expertise with APIs, Azure services, and Dynamics 365

Proficiency in custom development using Java
Script and CSS

Solid understanding of security models and permission management

Leadership experience in guiding junior technical profiles

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative environments

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Fluent in spoken and written technical English

Tools & Technologies:

Microsoft Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate

Java
Script, CSS, Azure, Dynamics 365

Git, CI/CD, Agile tools and Dev
Ops practices

Education & Certifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Certifications in Power Platform, Azure or Dynamics 365 are a plus
