Role Overview

We are looking for a mid‑level or senior Software Developer to join a team of 3 cloud engineers, strengthening our AWS‑based infrastructure, shipping features faster, and enabling our platform to scale to six‑figure device counts.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and scale our AWS‑based cloud infrastructure for 10x growth while optimizing cost.
• Improve system observability: build proactive metrics, logging, tracing, and high‑signal alerts.
• Sharpen billing logic to handle offline billing, financing, spotty connections, concurrency, and software‑as‑a‑service nuances.
• Advance network‑planning tools from scattered satellite imagery to a unified, reliable simulation platform for electrification plans.
• Enhance the mobile PWA to become the core platform for field agents and households, integrating LLMs, agriculture partnerships, and more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a software engineer.
• Backend/infra experience: AWS, Typescript, Node
  JS.
• Familiarity with stack: AWS, Typescript, Node
  JS; supporting tech: Rabbit
  MQ, AWS CDK, Python, Git
  Lab Pipelines, Docker, Next
  JS, Redux, My
  SQL, Postgre
  SQL.
• Strong communication: clear, frequent, and autonomous problem solving.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
• Experience with observability, billing systems, or network planning is a plus.
