We're Hiring: Fullstack Java Springboot + React Developer
Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ years
About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer (Java Spring Boot + React) to join our Risk Management squad for a strategic project in the financial services domain. You’ll be working in an Agile environment , closely collaborating with an established IT team based in Paris.
This role requires a strong background in both backend development using Spring Boot and frontend with React , as well as familiarity with Dev
Ops practices and modern software engineering principles.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and optimize interface components
Collaborate with Business Analysts on technical scenarios
Follow software craftsmanship principles: TDD, CI/CD, clean code
Provide production support and ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
Work closely with international teams and contribute in Agile ceremonies
✅ Tech Stack:
Frontend: React, Java
Script, HTML5, CSS, MUI
Backend: Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Database: Oracle
APIs & Web Services: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Swagger/Open
API
Dev
Ops & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, automated testing
Methodology: Agile / Scrum
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React
Proven experience in
- scale web applications (finance domain is a plus)
Familiarity with
- frontend architecture is a bonus
Fluency in English
