Overview

The Software Developer Tech Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring engineering excellence within the IT Corporate Functions team at Euronext. The role involves managing the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, and driving innovation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
2. Coordinate process improvements,
   - engineering, and solution design based on review findings.
3. Debug and optimize code, automating tasks to reduce manual work.
4. Collaborate effectively with
   - functional teams and stakeholders through strong communication skills.
5. Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring
   - quality, scalable solutions.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Over 10 years of
  - on experience in technology, especially with Azure, C#, and. NET.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud best practices.
• Expertise in Dev
  Ops, Iaa
  S environments, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud
  Formation), CI/CD pipelines, and related tools.
• Experience managing software or infrastructure development projects.
• Proven ability in process
  - engineering and
  - cause analysis.
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments.
