About Dashboard Experience and Infrastructure (DEXI)

To enable Go
Cardless to create a world where a seamless UI experience powers business growth, the DEXI team maintains and enhances two core products: Merchant Dashboard (a web app for merchants to manage payments) and Flux, a design system of reusable React components and guidelines that ensure consistent,
- quality UI across our products.

Current projects include improving the Merchant Dashboard through user workshops and holistic design enhancements, and advancing accessibility by auditing our web app and design system and embedding best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the Merchant Dashboard and Flux design system.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teammates to gather merchant feedback and implement UX improvements.
• Participate in user research activities and translate findings into actionable UI changes.
• Support accessibility initiatives and ensure UI components meet inclusive design standards.
• Contribute to the engineering culture within and outside of Go
  Cardless, including sharing learnings and participating in code reviews and
  - mortems where applicable.
