Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Mid-Level: 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
  • Senior: 6+ years of experience with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and operating scalable, secure, and performant backend systems.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST API design,
  - driven architectures (Kafka), async processing, dependency management (Maven), and microservice architecture design, with additional experience in Python or other modern languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless services, monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana), and best practices like CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with relational/No
  SQL databases, data modelling,
  - grade ML integration, and exposure to LLM frameworks (Spring AI, Lang
  Chain) with interest in prompt engineering,
  - tuning, and semantic search; routine use of AI-assisted coding tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong team player with excellent intercultural communication skills.

  - reliant working style.
• Pragmatic,
  - oriented, and analytical thinker.
