Must-Have:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in C++ development
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and
  - documented code
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with version control systems (e. g. , Git)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team
• Excellent
  - solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Would be great if you have:

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Experience in analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements
• Exposure to solution design and architecture discussions
