As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop, troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
• Generate new ideas and actively contribute to the Innovation team to advance existing software
• Drive innovation and refactor solutions by adopting new technologies and frameworks
• Develop, implement, and manage automated testing processes for seamless deployment
• Optimize the performance, stability, and scalability of software systems
• Take responsibility for technical deliverables, including effort estimation and architecture alignment with business needs
• Proactively manage changes, take ownership, and meet commitments
• Contribute to global, agile projects as a member of the Dev
  Ops team

We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating technical ideas to both technical and
- technical stakeholders. You should be a creative
- solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to thrive in a
- paced environment.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with C++, C# or. NET Core, RESTful web services, Windows, and Linux
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and database management; expertise in Oracle is a plus
• Experience in GUI (Frontend) and/or service (Backend) development, and technology migration
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Open
  Shift, Kubernetes, etc. ) is a plus
• Experience with the SAFe agile framework and Dev
  Ops/Automated Testing (Azure Dev
  Ops) is desirable
• Fluency in English is mandatory
