Impact

You will play a key role in the full development lifecycle, exploring, designing, and implementing innovative solutions that enable Finalta to unlock new, actionable insights from a unique dataset sourced directly from the world’s leading financial and telecoms organizations.

Working in an agile environment, you’ll leverage a wide range of technologies including C# . NET Core, Java
Script, WPF, SQL, and Azure to develop software solutions. This includes a bespoke big‑data platform (capturing, validating & processing billions of records), complex cloud‑based analytical tools, and interactive data‑visualization solutions (including a client‑facing portal).

You will collaborate with a wide and diverse range of stakeholders to understand complex business problems and then work in a small, focused team to develop and deploy the solution. Based in our Lisbon office, you will be part of Finalta’s core software development team and collaborate with over 150 colleagues worldwide to ensure solutions are performant, secure, and meet changing business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of software development experience in a commercial environment (C# . NET)
• Experience using version‑control systems (Git)
• Experience with Azure and APIs
• Front‑end experience is a plus (Java
  Script/Type
  Script/React/Redux)
• Knowledge of software engineering practices and design patterns
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Experience leveraging AI code assistants, utilizing AI‑driven workflows, or agentic frameworks
