KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand business and technical context, requirements, constraints, and business objectives.
2. Explain and communicate technical options effectively.
3. Follow defined development methodologies and tools.
4. Interpret business requirements and technical specifications.
5. Investigate, analyze, document, and track reported defects using standard tools.
6. Perform maintenance programming and correct identified defects.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation.
8. Help define and validate functional and technical specifications.
9. Perform additional related activities as required.

PROFILE

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar domain.
2. Strong and confirmed experience in Java development.
3. Technical background in
   - related technologies, including open source, J2EE, and ability to learn new ones.
4. Experience with full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery.

Education

1. Engineer degree preferred in an IT-related field.
2. Solid professional references.

Technical competencies:

1. Excellent knowledge of Java 17, 21, and associated stacks.
2. Advanced knowledge of Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA / Hibernate, Spring Cloud.
3. Web formats and protocols: JSON, XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST.
4. Experience with Microservice / distributed systems and Event Driven architectures (AMQP, JMS, Pub/Sub).
5. Experience with RDBMS (My
   SQL) and No
   SQL databases (Mongo
   DB).
6. Proficiency with development tools like Maven, Git, Intelli
   J.
7. Experience with modern build strategies, continuous integration, and unit testing.
8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
9. Knowledge of
   - Commerce processes and solutions.
10. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an asset.
