We are looking for a Senior Consultant in APPIAN solutions; a senior or expert tech lead with significant expertise in complex APPIAN projects who can support us on complex topics, integrate with the Appian Development team, and support multiple environments and new project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers and key clients to define and refine business processes;
• Assist clients in identifying additional business process opportunities using Appian software;
• Gather functional and technical system requirements to inform project design;
• Design and implement BPM-based solutions using Appian BPM software;
• Write technical specifications for developed solutions;
• Participate in product testing to ensure quality and standards compliance;
• Follow internal delivery processes and standards throughout project execution.

Your Profile:

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing BPM or similar solutions (including test automation);
• Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies, including process mapping;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in
  - functional teams;
• Proficient in database concepts, with experience in major databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and My
  SQL;
• Expertise in Java development (Java Core 7+);
• Proficient in JSON or similar data structures (including XML);
• Knowledge of additional technologies such as SQL, Java
  Script, Web Services, and RESTful Services;
• Troubleshooting expertise from a development perspective;
• Experience collaborating in
  - functional and multicultural environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IDEs such as Intelli
  J, Eclipse, or similar;
• Additional knowledge of technologies and programming languages including SQL, Java
  Script, Web Services, and RESTful Services;
• Troubleshooting expertise from a development perspective;
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural teams.
