We are looking for a Backend Engineer and team player to join one of our multicultural Engineering teams, focusing on our Data Solutions and Strategic Partnerships business.

As a Software Engineer, you are known for thinking on your feet, learning quickly, and owning a problem to resolution. You enjoy solving complex problems while contributing with new ideas and techniques, leading to continuous improvement for the team. Requirements:

• Curious and with a growth mindset. Have a passion for continuous learning, seeking out opportunities to expand your knowledge, and stretching yourself and others to achieve goals.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Software Engineer, and experience building customer facing products as part of an engineering team.
• Experience maintaining and building customer facing products.
• Experience with CI/CD (e. g. Jenkins) and container technologies (e. g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle from planning to testing and deployment.
• Responsible,
  - oriented, and
  - organized.
• Results driven. You don’t want to just write code, you want to ship code that is loved by customers.

Preferred:

• Experience with Python.
• Experience building and operating
  - scale data pipelines.
• Experience with Spark, Airflow, Django.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools in daily workflows, including but not limited to Git
  Hub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
