What will you be doing in your

- day?

• Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs to support innovative analytics solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure scalable and efficient infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize the developer experience by improving tools, workflows, and training initiatives like "Hammer Detox" workshops.
• Implement Dev
  Ops practices, ensuring robust infrastructure and pipeline management.
• Structure solutions to be maintainable, efficient, and tailored to LTPlabs' business needs.

Who are you?

• Master's in computer science, informatics, or related fields.
• +5 years of experience insimilar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Python and interest in Dev
  Ops practices.
• Experience in managing infrastructure, pipelines, and backend systems.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to challenge the status quo.
• Skilled in structuring and implementing solutions for robustness and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and SQL.
• A team player with a growth mindset and a passion for learning.
