What your impact will be

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and test
  - quality software using practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Code, or SOLID Principles
• Create resilient, secure, and performant applications capable of handling millions of requests per day, directly impacting the travel experience of our users
• Collaborate with architects to define the best technical solution and infrastructure for new features, always focusing on CI/CD
• Take ownership of quality of the delivery, performance, reliability and scalability
• Use technical expertise to proactively find solutions to solve complex issues, understanding and considering business needs
• Contribute to the team's technical growth by sharing knowledge with peers in

• Influence and guide engineers across the product engineering department to make a real impact
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and stakeholders from multiple teams to deliver

Qualifications

Your expertise

Essential

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer programming in OO/FP languages, preferably in JVM: Java or Kotlin
• Experience with Clean Code, SOLID principles and an Agile mindset
• Experience with the Spring/Spring
  Boot ecosystem
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data
• Ability to understand business requirements
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Growth mindset
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Desirable

• Experience in startup or product company
• Experience with XP practices
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Experience with Microservices and Kubernetes
• Experience with Messaging Queues (Rabbit
  MQ, Kafka)
