Candidates That Would Impress Us

Profile:

• You are a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Engineering and have about 2 years of experience (professional/internships, academic or personal projects such as Git
  Hub, Meetups, etc. )
• You are resourceful, innovative, and
  - oriented
• You are recognized as a good team player
• You enjoy working independently and seek empowerment

Competencies:

• You can adapt and respond to change
• You enjoy designing, developing, and testing secure software solutions and/or components
• You have knowledge of Full Stack or
  - end/front-end programming languages and frameworks (Java, C, C++, Python, etc. )
• You are familiar with compilation, code building, and continuous integration
• You have knowledge of IS Computing Platforms, Operating Systems, and Hypervisors
• You understand Agile principles

Nice to Have:

Specific domain/product/project knowledge (to be filled in by Engineering Manager or Talent Acquisition)
