We are searching for Project Manager, focused on customer projects to join our innovative team as new #bloqstars. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring that the customer requirements are delivered on time and on quality.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead software projects from design through market launch, collaborating with engineering, product managers, and head of program
• Identify possible solutions how complex 3rd party systems can be integrated into our ecosystem, together with the customer and product teams
• Identify and manage the right resources to deliver a successful product to the customer
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, tracking dependencies, and managing stakeholders
• Establish and apply a governance framework for
  - making and performance tracking using success metrics
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery by facilitating the resolution of blockers
• Maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
• Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables
• Agree with stakeholders and guarantee to meet SLAs and SLOs.
• Identify and transform customer requirements into deliverables

What you’ll bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of4 years of experience in software project management, including managing significant
  - functional projects using
  - standard software development methodologies
• Experience operating at scale with global teams and products in
  - growing consumer markets
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (ie: Confluence, Jira, Notion)
• Proven ability to thrive in a
  - paced environment with ambiguous and changing business requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  PMP, Pg
  MP, or Agile certification is a plus.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience in products combining both hardware and software
• Experience in project management within the logistics industry
• Experience in B2B enterprise products
