If you're passionate about quality and love building scalable test automation for complex systems, this role is for you!

You’ll join an international project in the logistics and distribution sector, collaborating with
- functional teams to raise the bar on software quality. The position follows a hybrid model, with
- office presence 1–2 times a month in the Lisbon area.

Mandatory: The candidate must live in Portugal, preferably in the Lisbon area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a robust QA program to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Define and uphold quality standards with
  - functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design)
• Create and maintain test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks
• Monitor quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Drive test automation and agile best practices in QA processes
• Collaborate with Dev
  Ops to improve test environments and scalable pipelines
• Oversee bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution workflows
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards

Main Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA for both backend and frontend systems
• Proven track record delivering
  - quality,
  - facing applications
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and planning
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation frameworks
• Strong in API testing, performance/load testing, and scalable QA pipelines
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD (e. g. , Git
  Hub Actions), and Agile environments
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog for test and incident support
• Comfortable working closely with infra/dev teams to improve test setups
• Analytical mindset, strong communicator, and
  - driven
