We are looking for an Amazing: Software Quality Assurance Team Lead

The amazing you, will have:

• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff
• Promote effective teamwork and establish a clear understanding of testing roles and expected outcomes;
• Development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing;
• Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.
• Oversee all QA activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Prepare and update comprehensive testing documentation and guidelines;
• Conduct workshops on testing topics and integrate testing expertise within various teams;
• Ensure release readiness by reporting key quality metrics such as test coverage;

Mandatory:

• French Speaker - B2 level minimun
• Be legal to work in Portugal
• Willing to work hybrid in Lisbon
