Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust system to track software revenue to ensure transparency, accuracy, and real‑time insights into the performance of software‑related business activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights into the software business performance and the outcomes of software reporting.
- Evaluate and report progress on the software‑enabled products portfolio and the software ecosystem by leveraging input from software long‑term planning activities.
- Maintain and digitally develop the Software Business Guide to provide clear and actionable guidance on processes, practices, and strategic priorities for scaling Infineon’s software business.
- Support the definition and tracking of the SWBE team’s measures of success, and develop automated solutions to monitor and report on progress.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to address data gaps by ensuring accurate, clean, and actionable data is available for reporting, enabling better business decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data reporting, analysis, or operational roles, with preference for experience in software‑related reporting or business processes (mandatory).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms, with the ability to build and maintain dashboards (mandatory).
- Experience with data analysis tools like Python, R, or SQL, along with advanced Excel knowledge (including pivot tables and advanced functions) (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive and self‑sufficient mindset to design, implement, and improve reporting systems (mandatory).
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) to communicate effectively and present reports; German language skills (written and spoken) are preferred.
