Technical Support for Software Services

Your responsibilities and impact will be:

- Providing timely support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.

- Assisting users with
- sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via various channels.

- Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.

- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.

Key skills and qualifications:

- A native level of German and a good level of English.

- Being an attentive listener, comfortable, and skilled at communicating with people.

- Having a drive for excellence and professionalism.

- Being a real team player and committed in your work.

- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.

- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.

- Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required).

Benefits and Perks

- Type of contract:

one year contract, renewable every year.

- Paid training (1-4 weeks).

- Working hours:

full time (40 h/week;



5 days/week) on rotating shifts (Mo-Fr 7 am - 10 pm).

- Salary conditions – two options:

1. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included):

€1, 125 gross/month

2. Excluding accommodation:

€1, 490 € gross/month
