What would your main responsibilities be?

• Define and implement software test strategies and plans
• Execute technical and functional tests to validate software systems
• Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards
• Identify, document, and follow up on defects and improvements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in software testing, including test planning and strategy development
• Strong experience with automation tools and continuous integration environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in
  - functional teams with developers and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and facilitate change in team practices.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements independently, while collaborating closely with leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Background in embedded systems, industrial control systems, or renewable energy systems is a plus
• C/C++ skills is a plus

• Good level of English, both spoken and written
