You will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage / Lead team of UAT, Dev
Ops, Release engineer, technical support engineer resources – resource management and mentoring. Understand the business functionality and define over all test strategy and release plan. Capability to understand the big picture – system / app / product and weave in a comprehensive test plan. Proactively manage test readiness, environments, test data quality, resource alignment to meet business objectives. Become “go-to” – escalation point person for any project related test or release management activities. Ensure test documentation / reporting is complete, meaningful and aligns with business objectives. Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures. Write, debug, and maintain test scripts, test cases and utilize automation frameworks. Provide
- release testing of production changes. Producing deployment, implementation and run books plans. Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews. Coordinate with the release engineers to understand the consequences of code merges and branches. Developing automation tools and scripts necessary for building, integrating, and deploying software releases Managing the deployment of deliverables to the test environment particularly guaranteeing that external dependent items are available the test runtime. Effectively communicate the daily status – risks / issues / dependencies, track progress and manage issue workflow to resolution. Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve timely software releases within defined budgetary limits and defined quality standards. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science Experience:
