Greenvolt Next Portugal is one of the main national companies in the renewable energy industry, acting in the national and international market in the production of energy through photovoltaic solar systems (UPACs e UPPs). We find ourselves in a continuous growth of our team.

Given that, we are looking for a Solar Engineer Trainee - IEFP Internship Venda do Pinheiro to work based in our Venda do Pinheiro Office.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze energy consumption and design PV energy production solutions for
  - consumption;
• Design photovoltaic systems for rooftops, ground installations, carports, and other applications;
• Develop electrotechnical projects;
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for proposed solutions;
• Draft and prepare commercial proposals;
• Manage assigned workflows and projects, including task planning;
• Develop innovative processes and procedures to drive continuous efficiency improvements;
• Report and communicate all required information in line with the General Management’s guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, Renewable Energy, or other Technological Engineering;
• Eligible for IEFP internship – mandatory;
• Strong
  - solving skills to address technical challenges effectively;
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced,
  - driven environment;
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn;
• Motivation to improve English communication skills.
