Solar performance & Asset Manager

What you will do:
The mission of the Asset and Performance Manager within Global Asset Management is to support different regions in the operation of solar assets, ensuring performance maximization and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and ensuring an efficient operation in terms of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Identifying key value gaps and proposing initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency
- Troubleshooting and analyzing solar plants experiencing underperformance issues
- Defining, optimizing and supporting the alarm resolution and
- making process - Reporting structural recommendations to the value chain (product, sales, engineering, field teams)

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- English, written and spoken (mandatory)
- Professional experience of more than 4 years in areas related to Solar Photovoltaic
- Organization and planning
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Sense of urgency, autonomy and responsibility
- Knowledge in Power
BI (ability to analyze data and prepare reports) - Knowledge in Office 365
- Passionate, ambitious and fast learner, taking on responsibility and ownership with a strong drive for excellence
- Teamwork skills, proactivity, analytical thinking, and
- solving abilities - Availability to travel
