Overview

We are looking for a Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management and a solid understanding of renewable energy systems. The company operates within the energy sector and is a

- sized organization with operations spanning across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of solar energy projects, from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations in Montpellier.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to achieve successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the development of new project opportunities within the energy and natural resources sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing renewable energy projects, preferably solar energy.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with the energy and natural resources industry and its regulatory environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with
  - functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage for the Montpellier location.
• A degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
