We are excited to announce that we are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor (all genders) to become a valuable member of our expanding team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that are critical to our operations, including:

• Handle corporate secretarial tasks, including company registrations, updates, and filings with relevant authorities.
• Manage and execute property and commercial registry procedures (registos prediais e comerciais).
• Support the drafting, review, and maintenance of corporate records and legal documentation.
• Conduct light reviews of commercial contracts under the supervision of senior legal counsel.
• Prepare and perform notarial acts, certifications, and authentic instruments, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (registries, notaries, public entities, law firms) when required.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.

Please provide us with a CV in English!

• Qualified Solicitor with a law degree and active registration with the Portuguese Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução (OSAE).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in property and commercial registries (registos prediais e comerciais).
• Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks in Portugal.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
