- on role where you will take the lead in designing scalable, sustainable and secure solutions across core technology platforms.

We're looking for someone based in Portugal , available to work remotely, with a strong background in technical implementation and solution architecture .

About the role
As a Solution Architect , you'll be part of the Core Technologies team , leading the design and delivery of solutions that meet business needs, particularly focused on midrange technologies and their integration across the enterprise landscape. You'll collaborate with business and technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring
- quality technical design aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Tasks:

• Act as a technical leader within delivery teams, owning
  -
  - end solution design

• Translate
  - level business requirements into scalable architecture

• Oversee solution implementations and ensure alignment with security and governance frameworks

• Work closely with business owners, technical teams, and external vendors

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and contribute to continuous improvement

• Represent the technical solution in governance and compliance reviews

• Prepare and maintain key architecture documentation and estimations

• Advocate for best practices in technology and operations

Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical experience

• 5+ years in technical implementation and delivery

• 1+ year in solution/technical architecture roles

• Experience with midrange systems , ideally Life400 on i
  Series

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working across both
  - prem and cloud environments

• Experience designing for infrastructure and operational change

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification (or working towards it)

The offer:

• Contract : Freelance (B2B)

• Location : Remote from Portugal only

• Rate : Up to €280/day

• Start : ASAP
