How You’ll Make an Impact

• Engage in product and project management, collaborating with team members to understand and improve products.
• Communicate ideas effectively, mockup design architecture, and present models aligned with requirements.
• Apply expertise in data analysis, mining, and presentation to understand products beyond the numbers.
• Build strong business relationships, understand needs, and translate requirements to maximize business value.
• Define and monitor metrics to assess product success and adoption in markets.
• Present
  - driven recommendations using mockup designs and IBCS standards.
• Stay updated on data science principles and techniques, sharing methods and results regularly.
• Contribute to a team of data science thought leaders within the global ED&AA team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience as a solution architect or similar role.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with product teams and clients, translating needs into solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, expertise in statistical analysis, and experience with software like SAS or Pivot Tables.
• Experience in product optimization, programming languages (Python, SQL), and AWS solutions, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong customer focus,
  - mindedness, continuous learning, and excellent communication skills.
• Result-oriented with passion for data and analytics, and ability to drive data value
  - wide.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
