As a Solution Architect (f/m/d) in Manufacturing & Product Ops, you will be part of a team that is

- focused, with a strong technical, analytical, and product background. You will analyze and evaluate products to align with D&A’s current and future needs through identifying product performance opportunities.

A Snapshot of Your Day

1. Part of the global team and engagement in product and project management work, collaborating closely with other members of the product team to better understand the product, providing product insight and recommendations for improvement.
2. Communicate ideas and demonstrate the ability to mockup design architecture while being aware of requirements.
3. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to see beyond the numbers and understand the products.
4. Build strong business relationships, understand their needs, and translate requirements while balancing business value.
5. Define and analyze metrics that inform product success and monitor D&A product adoption health in the markets served.
6. Influence and inform product teams through
   - based recommendations presented via mockup design and IBCS.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments in data science principles, theories, and techniques to support
   - driven decisions, documenting and sharing methods, processes, and project results.
8. Join an inspiring team of data science thought leaders and experts within the ED&AA global team and make a valuable contribution.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related field and minimum 5 years’ experience as a solution architect or comparable role.
2. Longstanding
   - on experience working collaboratively with product team members such as product management, engineering, design, data science, or data engineering and experience working directly with clients.
3. Excellent analytical skills and expertise in making
   - driven decisions, with knowledge in statistics (hypothesis testing, product experimentation, regressions) and experience in using statistical software (SAS, Pivot Tables) or related methods.
4. Experience with product optimization work funnel/website optimization and/or outbound communication channels like email or push notifications; skills in programming languages (Python, SQL, etc. ).
5. Deep knowledge in AWS and experience in designing solutions that include AWS services; experience in an
   - related environment (energy sector) is an advantage.
6. Strong customer orientation,
   - mindedness, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills in a global and multicultural environment.
7. Result-driven with excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills, passionate about data and analytics, and driving data value across all parts of an organization.
8. Fluency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of German or any other language is a plus.
