We are looking for a Senior CIAM Solution Architect with extensive experience in Forge
Rock AM, Salesforce, and Mule
Soft. The ideal candidate will design and lead CIAM architectures, define authentication flows, manage SSO/MFA, and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (e. g. , GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the CIAM architecture to support authentication, authorization, identity management, and integration across multiple platforms.
• Make technical decisions on authentication flows, federated identity, SSO, MFA, and session management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, privacy regulations, and legal requirements (e. g. , GDPR).
• Collaborate closely with development, security, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Produce architectural documentation, technical standards, and integration guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose continuous improvements to the CIAM architecture.
• Lead the evolution of CIAM architecture to support new use cases and future applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect in IAM/CIAM projects.
• Expertise with Forge
  Rock AM, OAuth2, Open
  ID Connect, SAML, and/or JWT.
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform and authentication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Mule
  Soft Anypoint Platform and API integration.
• Strong understanding of identity security, access governance, and data protection.
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures.
• Experience with cloud environments (e. g. , AWS, Azure) and Dev
  Ops practices.
• Knowledge of CIAM in both B2B and B2C contexts.

Valued Certifications

• Forge
  Rock, Salesforce Architect, Mule
  Soft, or equivalent CIAM/IAM certifications.
