Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It)

You'll be the
technical authority
driving CIAM architecture decisions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms while balancing
security, compliance (GDPR), and user experience
. Your expertise will guide teams in building
future-proof identity solutions
for both
B2B and B2C
contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the CIAM architecture
, covering
authentication, authorization, identity management, and
- platform integration
.

Lead technical decisions
on
authentication flows, federated identity (SAML/OAuth2/OIDC), SSO, MFA, and session management
.

Ensure
compliance with GDPR, security standards, and legal requirements
—because trust is everything.

Collaborate
- functionally
with
development, security, infrastructure, and product teams
to align CIAM with business goals.

Create architectural blueprints, technical standards, and integration guidelines
—because great ideas need clear documentation.

Evaluate emerging technologies
(e. g. ,
decentralized identity, passwordless auth
) and drive
continuous improvements
.

Lead the evolution of CIAM
to support
new use cases, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and Dev
Ops practices
.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 7+ years as a Solution Architect
  in
  IAM/CIAM projects
  .
• Deep expertise in Forge
  Rock AM,
  realms, journeys, identity trees, and
  OAuth2, Open
  ID Connect, SAML, JWT
  .
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce authentication mechanisms
• Familiarity with Mule
  Soft Anypoint Platform
• Strong grasp of identity security, access governance, and data protection,
  you speak
  GDPR, CCPA, and NIST
  fluently.
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures
• Cloud-savvy (AWS, Azure, etc. )
  with
  Dev
  Ops practices
• Experience in both B2B and B2C CIAM contexts
