Your new Role:
The Solution Architect, Integration is responsible for managing and driving the integration strategy and projects within Havi.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify integration needs, designing integration solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of integration initiatives.
The Solution Architect, Integration plays a critical role in ensuring that Havi’s different systems and applications work together seamlessly, enabling efficient data exchange and business processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of integration challenges and opportunities within Havi.
You will be responsible for:
Integration Strategy:
- Develop and own the integration strategy aligned with organizational goals;
- Identify and prioritize integration opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and data flow;
- Collaborate with business units to understand integration requirements and objectives.
Solution Design:
- Architect integration solutions, considering technical requirements, scalability, and compatibility;
- Select appropriate integration technologies, tools and middleware;
- Ensure that integration solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion;
- Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements;
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Data Mapping and Transformation:
- Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure seamless data exchange;
- Collaborate with development teams to implement integration interfaces;
- Implement
- handling and validation processes for data accuracy.
Vendor and Technology Evaluation:
- Evaluate and select
- party integration solutions or vendors when necessary; - Manage relationships with integration solution providers and vendors;
- Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and trends.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with
- functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders; - Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to both technical and
- technical audiences; - Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor integration performance and optimize processes for efficiency;
- Troubleshoot and resolve
- related issues promptly; - Implement best practices and industry standards for integration.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, standards, and guidelines;
- Provide training and guidance to team members and
- users.
What you will need to succeed:
To succeed as a Solution Architect, Integration you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience;
- +8 years of experience in IT Product & Service Development :
> +5 years of driving transformational organizational and technology change , leading IT development teams using appropriate delivery methodologies while ensuring product/project management;
> +3 years of integration architecture, design, development and management , with a track record of successful project delivery – using enterprise integration platforms, patterns and architectures (such as i
Paa
S, ESB, EDA, Pub/Sub, MQ, APIs/REST and MFT).
- Solid experience in integration tools (such as Boomi , Azure integrations stack , IBM MQ , SAP CPI , etc. );
- Proficiency in integration tools considered to be competitors in the same space;
- Strong understanding of industry integration data formats, protocols, and data transformation techniques;
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to integration;
- Very strong vendor/partner management skills;
- Problem-solving and
- thinking skills; - Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
