Role expectations

Reporting to the CTO you will:

• Lead the
  -
  - end design of complex solutions across application, integration, data, and cloud.
• Ensure architectural solutions meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
• Monitor, optimize, and scale
  - based applications to meet demanding performance goals.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple programs and domains.
• Contribute to the definition of architectural standards, principles, and governance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with
  - term business and technology roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Partner with other architects and senior engineers to ensure consistent practices across teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance to engineers and solution architects.
• Help develop architecture capability within the team through knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Take a lead role in architecture forums, reviews, and governance processes.

Technical profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect, ideally with exposure to
  - scale environments.
• 5–10 years of experience in software engineering with strong Java expertise (J2EE, multithreaded services, web applications).
• Proven background in distributed architectures, cloud platforms, and storage solutions.
• Hands-on experience with microservice frameworks (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus).
• Knowledge of architectural and data patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing).
• Solid understanding of transactional patterns for distributed systems.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of API Gateway, authentication (OIDC), and network architecture.
• AI-savvy and capable to design AI-enabled solutions (x
  LMs,
  - tuning, RAG, Agents).
• Experience working in agile environments (we use Scrum) with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Background in financial services (e. g. , banking, trading, or financial platforms) is a plus.
