Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Architect with significant experience in designing solutions and clarifying customer requirements to join our PMO team. As a Solution Architect, you will be part of a growing team at the intersection of projects, products, and management, helping delivery teams estimate and design solutions.

We expect the Solution Architect to:

• Analyze the feasibility of creating requested software products,
• Define the basic architecture of software products for customers,
• Define key user cases for the software,
• Create generic architectural diagrams and solution descriptions,
• Develop templates for
  - level solution architecture/design based on customer inputs (detailed software architecture skills are NOT required),
• Create
  - based architecture of solutions based on templates,
• Negotiate with potential customers to clarify requirements,
• Communicate with experts within the company,
• Participate in presale calls and perform product demos,
• Estimate projects with the development teams,
• Participate in discovery phases of upcoming projects and leads.

Qualifications

Your Must-have Skills:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in the Software Development industry
• Strong knowledge of industry software engineering practices and SDLC
• Excellent people skills for working across teams
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong
  - solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of capital markets or online trading platforms

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience in Project Management, Software Architecture, and Software Development
