Job Description
Our role in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and to demonstrate how Unit4 solutions can address these challenges effectively.
- Your role as a Solution Consultant is to understand our prospects’ and customers’ business challenges and to demonstrate how Unit4 solutions can solve these challenges.
- You will research and discover the customer's business challenges and goals, understand their needs, challenge them appropriately, and act as their voice in the sales process.
- You will inspire and delight our customers, helping to build and deliver their desired outcomes. You are a trusted advisor who will lead our customers and colleagues confidently.
- You will develop expertise in Unit4 solutions, understanding and communicating their value and differentiators in the marketplace.
- You love technology and are driven to find the best solutions for our customers. Your integrity and expertise will earn their trust, and our professional services will believe in the vision you create during the bid stages.
- You will participate in activities such as Business Cases, Discovery Sessions, Demos, RFPs, handovers to the implementation team, onboarding, working with partners, and
- focused development.
