Job Description
Our role in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and to demonstrate how Unit4 solutions can address these challenges effectively.
- Your role as a Solution Consultant is to understand our prospects’ and customers’ business challenges and to demonstrate how Unit4 solutions can solve these challenges.
- To attain the best solution, you will research and discover the business challenges and goals. You will understand the customer, challenge them, and become their voice in the sales process.
- You will delight and inspire our customers to help build and deliver their desired end goals. You are a trusted advisor who will naturally lead our customers and colleagues.
- You will evolve to be an expert in Unit4 solutions, understanding and selling the value of our solutions and why Unit4 is different from other providers in the marketplace.
- You love technology and are driven to find the best solutions for our customers. Your integrity and expertise set you apart, earning trust from customers and confidence from our professional services team during the bid stages.
- You will be involved in activities such as Business Cases, Discovery Sessions, Demos, RFPs, Handovers to the implementation team, Onboarding, Working with Partners, and Product-focused development.

- German speaking is a requirement for this role.
