Job Description
Our role in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and demonstrate how Unit4 solutions can address these challenges.
- Your role as a Solution Consultant is to understand prospects’ and customers’ business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve them.
- To provide the best solutions, you will research and discover the customer’s goals and challenges, understand their needs, challenge them appropriately, and represent their voice in the sales process.
- You will inspire and delight our customers, helping to build and deliver their desired outcomes. You are a trusted advisor who will lead our customers and colleagues effectively.
- You will develop expertise in Unit4 solutions, understanding and communicating their value and differentiators in the marketplace.
- You love technology and are driven to find optimal solutions for our customers. Your integrity and expertise will set you apart, earning trust from customers and confidence from our professional services team during the bid process.
- You will engage in activities such as Business Cases, Discovery Sessions, Demos, RFPs, handovers to implementation teams, onboarding, working with partners, and
- focused development.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to:

- Have experience leading customer meetings and workshops.

- Fluency in German is required for this role.
