About the role

As a Solution Consultant, you will help leading retailers unlock the full potential of RELEX solutions. Your mission is to turn business requirements into tangible results, improving areas such as

Forecasting, Replenishment, Allocations, Inventory Planning, and Markdown Optimization

.

You will bridge business and technology, working closely with clients to understand their retail processes, shape solutions, and make sure they deliver measurable value.

What you'll do

• Participate in solution demos, showing how RELEX can solve real retail challenges.
• Work with business consultants and client teams to capture and document requirements.
• Analyze data and business processes, designing and configuring solutions that fit.
• Support testing phases to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Prepare training materials and environments, empowering super users and end users.
• Guide client teams during User Acceptance Testing and solution rollout.
• Collaborate in structured implementation projects, contributing individually and as a valued team member.

What we're looking for

• Degree in
  
  Information Systems, IT, Engineering, Business, or similar
  
  .
• 1–3 years' experience in retail or supply chain solutions, in roles such as planner, analyst, functional consultant, tester, or system analyst.
• Analytical mindset: ability to understand business processes from documentation and data.
• Some technical familiarity (databases, scripting, Java, or other languages).
• Strong
  - solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Availability to travel.
