This
- time role can be carried out from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon, or fully remote from anywhere in the world. French and English fluency is required.

At Paradox, we’re building a company that runs on systems, not superheroes. We’re looking for someone exceptional to design and scale those systems. This is not just about automation. It’s about building a scale machine—and watching your teammates light up in awe when you eliminate that one painful task they thought they’d be stuck with forever.

What You’ll Achieve / Responsibilities

1. Design and Build Scalable Automations

Create powerful, scalable workflows using n8n, Make. Com, Zapier, or custom scripts. Handle
- step logic, error handling, conditions & retries like a pro. Own the entire lifecycle:

identify, build, deploy, maintain.

2. API Integration & Custom App Hosting

Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, Graph
QL, OAuth. Self-host tools when needed (e. G. internal dashboards, chat tools). Build microservices to bridge gaps between
- code & custom dev.

3. Data Architecture & Ops Systems

Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs. Implement access, permission, and governance systems. Structure workflows that grow with the team.

4. Workflow Optimization & Reliability

Debug, refactor, and optimize existing automations. Build in
- safes, alerts, and monitoring. Continuously evolve workflows to meet changing needs.

5. AI + Chat System Implementation

Deploy GPT-powered internal bots and assistants. Connect chat interfaces to internal APIs and tools. Support teams in building
- specific AI agents.

6. Documentation & Team Enablement

Document everything like your future self depends on it. Train and support internal users. Anticipate edge cases, prevent misuse, and design with UX in mind.
