ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Solution Owner for Mobile Products to join our Tech
Hub!

The Solution Owner for Mobile Products is responsible for the
-
- end ownership of digital mobile solutions within the global supply chain domain. This includes leading
- functional teams, managing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of scalable,
- performance, and innovative solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.

You will coach and guide our engineers - providing relevant and constructive input on development, testing and deployment tasks. You will also collaborate closely with our customer platform operations team, ensuring smooth handover of production solutions to our operations team. This person will lead the ongoing review of code, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions with the operations team.

The role will include
-
- day collaboration and design discussions with our Global Supply Chain Planning and Analytics (GPA) team, as well as with our strategic software partners. The Senior Solution Analyst will lead some projects for the mobile team, as capacity grows.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development - strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience.
• Experience in leading teams using appropriate delivery methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, Dev
  Ops, Dev
  Sec
  Ops etc.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Application Architect or in a similar role. Proficient in
  - cycle mobile app development, including UI/UX design, API integration, testing, and deployment for i
  OS or Android.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable software solutions.
• Strong expertise with cloud computing platforms (e. G. , AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience in mobile app management, including deployment, store publishing, and
  - launch maintenance.
• Extensive experience with database technologies and data structures - covering schema design, query optimization, performance tuning, and integration for
  - grade, scalable applications
• Experience with relevant technologies such as ERP systems, demand planning tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
• Fluency in English.
